The rooms were decent sized and unique and I loved excellent staff. Plus it had decent view over city.

The breakfast was good value for money, with variety of food. Location: the hotel was very close to the city center, and the Pearl Street Grille and Brewery.

The location was marvellous and incredible, just a short stroll away from Pierce-Arrow Museum. It was also really close to the subway, canal side, bison stadium, the convention center, and the auditorium, Buffalo for Thanksgiving, and Niagara Falls.

Well, Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

This small hotel is quaint with very very helpful staff. The service is nice, includes complimentary parking. Overall outstanding food, plus there is Union Pub close by.

Our room was not only trendy, but also spotless with large bathroom, fireplace. The breakfast was great value with great variety.

Everything was very good, the wifi was great. For my taste room was reasonably spacious and huge with great interior. Marvellous location close to everything was a plus. And it was also close to all historic landmarks, and Buffalo for Thanksgiving.

had an incredible valentine's day stay at a cozy downtown hotel in buffalo. stellar service, friendly staff, and spacious rooms with a kitchen and private bedrooms. loved the attached restaurant and beautiful view of the buffalo skyline. highly recommend.

Marvellous and absolutely perfect location a 10-15 minute walk from Coca-Cola Field. Near to Pearl Street Grill and Brewery and centre and downtown. The rooms with so much space. A wide array of options for great value breakfast.

My family and I had a great stay in the Downtown area. We loved the spacious 2-queen bedroom apartment, which had plenty of room for all of us. The exposed brick and high ceilings added a unique touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Having a full kitchen was a bonus, although we had to bring our own pots and pans. a great experience for us as a family.

The noise levels from neighboring guests were a slight issue during our stay.

Great view from a high floor, spacious corner apartment with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Helpful staff provided clear explanations, recommendations, and extra amenities. Convenient breakfast options at nearby deli. Free street parking available until 8am, or affordable parking lot adjacent to the property.

Really enjoyed reasonably spacious and huge room with a comfortable bed, felt like we were home. It had central location close to Canalside Event Venue.
